Registration and Payment Options:

  • The Add to Cart buttons allow you to add Service Manager(s) and Advisors to a Shopping Cart
    • this will total the number of attendees in each category and give you the option to pay online with either PayPal or Credit Card
  • The Online Registration Form allows you to register online, and then either pay online via credit card or PayPal, or print the registration form and include it with your payment by check
  • The Registration coupon allows you to print a registration coupon to include with your check, or fax credit card information
